Items are shipped within 2 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Each item is handcrafted and made to order, and will be processed in the order in which it was received. Please contact us for an application for fast delivery.

All items are shipped from Lille - France. All prices are in euros.

 

SHIPPING

 

All orders are shipped by french post.

International delivery will take between 6 and 10 business days, but we cannot guarantee the time it will take for your item to arrive due to customs.

Customs may be unpredictable and may keep a package for up to eight weeks. For such long shipping times, please contact your local customs office.

 

Duties and Taxes: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all customs fees and customs duties that may be incurred.

 

We do not refund packages lost during transport.

We are unable to reimburse or replace stolen or unrecovered packages that have been confirmed to have been delivered. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

Items marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address and returned to MAISON BIVOUAC and will be subject to return shipping costs.
