Exchanges and credits are accepted up to 15 days after receipt of the item.

Customers must contact studiovb56@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number before return.

Items returned / exchanged without notice will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

 

Items on sale or at a reduced price personalized or modified items are not refundable or eligible for exchange.

 

In case of exchange / credit, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the item.

Original or additional shipping charges paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.

The article must be returned unworn and in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt. Items shipped without original packaging will be subject to restocking fees.
